We guarantee you will be 100% satisfied with your specimen(s) or we'll refund your purchase price in full upon safe return of the specimen(s) in original condition within 7 days. Our goal is that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a specimen which isn't right for you or item arrives damaged, please contact us to find a better solution within 7 days of receiving it. If you want to return the specimen to us, we will refund you only if the specimen reaches us intact. We do not take responsibility for specimens damaged during return shipment.
